Hourly rates with minimum and maximum price caps

I want to be able to set up hourly rates for events (e.g., $15/hour) with the ability to set a minimum (e.g., $30) and a maximum (e.g., $65) price cap. This is important for booking hourly events where the duration varies but the price should stay within a specific range.
