Hi, maybe im missing something, but I don't see any way to submit a question when the help section and the bot don’t have answers. If there isn’t a way to contact Scritches for help, maybe there is a manual that I am not seeing? Here are my questions which i dont expect to be answered here, I’m just sharing so you can understand the situation clearly and maybe give advice based on the’type of questions: It seems that when a booking is made by a client it is pending and needs to be approved. Can this be changed so that the visit can be automatically approved? Does the calendar include overbooking protection? if so how does the software know when to make booking unavailable?
So to recap, my feedback is that there is no clear way to ask questions when the help section and bot do not have answers.
