Import Clients

I'm trying to import clients from another system. Unfortunately I cannot see this option although the AI Bot tells me it should be visible. It told me I needed to be on Solo Pro for this, at least. Ended up subscribing to the highest plan possible but still cannot see the option anywhere. I've searched all settings, high and low.

Can anyone help please? I've got about 500 animals to import, it will be time consuming to add each account manually.
