@Steve Hey Steve! I totally understand the need for multi-user access in a family business. Right now, Scritches is only designed for single-user access, but you can always share login credentials as a workaround.
That said, I’m actively planning to add this and other staff management features in the future. Would you be open to sharing your needs so we can shape this feature in a way that works best for you?

Yes. I have both a software design and pet sitting background, but I won’t be free for a week. I’ll ping you and we’ll figure something out.
We share credentials on Rover, but I had to catch myself before creating my Scritches demo acct using gmail login.

@Steve That sounds great! I’d love to hear your perspective when you’re free—having experience in both software design and pet sitting gives you a really unique take on what would be useful.
And yeah, I totally get the shared credential workaround (Rover users seem to do that a lot). Definitely want to make sure Scritches supports family businesses properly in the future.

As a side note, the Google sheet I use to track my pet customers has 20 columns.
