I am a new user so maybe I have missed this but I would love the ability to mark an invoice as paid if a client paid not directly through the platform. Also, is there a way to customize a rate for one client? If not, I would love that capability.

    Or to clarify I am meaning to without having to create a specific service to make what the client is wanting. Some clients have grandfathered rates(ex. for overnight house sitting)

      Hey @Sam L ! Custom client rates are currently in the works. I just subscribed you to the roadmap item Custom Client Rates . It’s an important one, I’m hoping to get in soon!

      You can mark an invoice as paid by recording payments. This will be accessible via a button at the bottom of your phone on mobile, or at the right of the screen on desktop:
