Option for Non-Pet-Related Service Businesses / Remove Pet-Specific Fields

The user operates a service-based home business (e.g., construction/handyman) and appreciates Scritches' time block/arrival window functionality. However, the software includes pet-specific features (e.g., "pet's name" on booking pages) that are irrelevant to their business. The request is for a version of the software or a global option to remove all pet-related terminology and fields, allowing the software to be used by non-pet-related service businesses.

    Hey @Chad Rocky , sorry for the slow response!

    Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, branching out to service industries outside of pet care is not something I plan to do with Scritches. That said, I’m curious how you came across Scritches. It’s interesting to hear that time-block scheduling isn’t common elsewhere.

      It isn’t common and if they have it, it’s not as easy as yours. I completely understand about keeping it specialized to the pet industry. Discovered you through Reddit.
