Option to remove or reposition tip line on invoices

Feature Request
I want to be able to remove the tip portion from the invoice or move it to the bottom. I send these to clients at the time of booking, and I think the tip prompt looks a little intense to first-time clients who haven't used my services yet.

    Hey @Mika Hoecker , I just pushed a change to remove the tip prompt business-wide, as well as per invoice.

    You can access the business-wide setting in your Online Payments Settings.

    You can also manage per invoice whether you would like it to display:

    Please note that the tip prompt will only ever display on an invoice if Scritches Pay is enabled as a payment option.
