Portal vs booking page?

I had a client unable to see his previous bookings and find his invoice in his profile. Is that because he was on my booking page? Do I need to give a separate link for the portal so he can see invoices and past bookings?

    Hey @Sara Wright , yep, portal and booking pages have different URLs. You will need to direct your client to:

    https://app.scritches.io/portal/aledopetsittingllc

    If they have not yet created an account, they can sign up with the email that matches their client record on your side.
