Preview Button on Intake Form Setup

When editing the intake form I can’t actually preview all of the pages without filling in the required parts. Obviously the work around would be to toggle off everything that is required until you’re completely done editing and then turning them back on again but I think that lends itself to errors if something you want required doesn’t get turned back on again. Is there a way that when using the preview button the required areas aren’t actually required in order to go through the pages of the form?
