Recurring issues

Hi, I’m having multiple issues with the app over several months and I’ve been so overwhelmed with it all I don’t even have time to record and reach out every time something happens. I feel like it would take so much of my time to do so and I just want the platform to work as expected. I don’t know where to start with it and I have considered moving to another platform but I started with your platform and I have all my history on here.
