Repeat Customer Profile Functionality

I’m getting feedback from my customers that they are having a hard time creating a booking after their first one that prompted them to create a profile. I tried to log in to Scritches with my personal email and kept being sent on a loop of saying I had needed to log out of pet sitter account, then said I had to activate account, then said my account had been archived. It does not show my test parent account with my personal email as archived on my pet sitter end (with business email).

Two things:

  1. This was from my client:

“I booked the times I wanted then it took me to the new client intake form. I put my name in and it sent me to the first screenshot.

The second screenshot is what I got when I selected “sign in now“. When I selected “continue as guest”, it sent me back to the new client intake form. There wasn’t an option to sign in before I booked the times”

  1. Is there a way for clients to sign in to their account from my booking page? I think some of them are just painstakingly creating a whole new profile when they are making a new booking. I know I can just book from my end as a much easier work around for now, but not if they don’t tell me.

I’m having a hard time testing the client portal to really see what they are dealing with on their end.
