The software company I have used for 10 years since I started my pet sitting business is going under. They had an area for invoices and expenses. Then I could print a report at the end of the year for my taxes. Where is that on your website? Am i missing it?

I am trying to set up the visits ,and the only options are per day and per night. Is it possible to put a “per visit” option? Most of my clients choose 2 visits per day unless it is overnight.

@colleen I’m realizing I missed this question in my previous comment, sorry! There isn’t a mobile app available at the moment, but I plan to create one in the future.
You can however, still access the app by using any mobile browser and navigating to it at https://app.scritches.io. It’s a priority of mine to keep the browser version as mobile-friendly as possible, so if you see anything that is hard to use on your phone, please let me know!

Hi, Lucas. I have an evaluation I send out after the first pet sitting with a new client. Do you have anywhere I can attach that for easy access? I don’t like the client to book online. I have a link for new and returning clients to request service on my website, so I won’t be using that feature that you offer.

I have been swamped and am just getting to this. That wouldn’t be on my website. It was a useful feature on Pet Sit Click. I could go to my reports and print up an income report and an expense report. I would just take that along with the receipts to my tax person.
I am just getting a chance to peruse the website. It is very different that the format I am used to. Is there a feature I can add house details? For example, I put trash day, emergency contacts, if they have cameras and where they are, wifi password, etc.

Hey @colleen , no worries at all, glad you’re getting a chance to dive into things! I’ll try to address all of your questions here:
For adding house details, I would add a note to the specific client’s profile (Clients & Pets > Click Specific Client > Click “Notes” > Add note). These notes can then be easily viewed around the app when a client is referenced. For emergency contacts, there are specific client fields for this, however, a note could also be made.
For attaching the evaluation, it depends a bit on what the format of it is. If it is a document, it can be uploaded to the Document Center, and then assigned to the specific client. This will make it available in the client’s profile for reference. If it is not a document, you can again utilize the notes feature.
No worries about not using the online booking, it’s totally optional and can be disabled!
If you disable “Stay Scheduling” for the specific service in your Service listing page, then everything will be scheduled/charged/displayed per visit instead of per night/day!

Hey @colleen , sorry to hear that you had to suddenly change software!
At the moment, Scritches doesn’t have a comprehensive reporting system in place. This is a planned feature for the future, but it is further down on the roadmap.
That said, I completely understand how important it is to access tax-related data easily. I will likely create a smaller report feature focused specifically on tax information to help bridge the gap, especially before next tax season.
Could you share a bit more about exactly what details are a must-have for a report like this for your business?
Also, if you ever need any of your data in the meantime, I’m happy to manually export anything you need, just let me know.
