Service area setup?

I’m just getting started with this app so not sure if this already exists and I’m just missing it, but is there not an option to set & define my service area so that people who aren’t located there can’t request/schedule appointments?

    Can I piggyback and request that service radius can also be assigned price tiers?

    I’m imagining an immediate area that’s base price and then if it’s in the next layer, add $5 per visit and then if it’s even further add $10 per visit, and so on? Thank you!

    Hey @Jordana Ricci , good question, you’re not missing anything 🙂. There isn’t a built-in way to restrict bookings by service area yet.

    However, all online bookings come in as Pending, so you can review the client’s address and approve or decline based on whether they’re in your service area.

    Adding proper service area controls is something I plan to build in the future, but it’s not available just yet.
