Top things that would be useful for me.

Feature Request

Be able to add forms for clients to fill out.

Be able to have clients pick options when signing agreement.

I know this is more difficult but I would love to be able to choose what information I can ask for on pet parents profiles like add multiple emergency contacts with different descriptions, dogs weight, proof of vaccination, etc.

Another cool but unimportant thing is expenses. If there could be a place to put in what we have spent, what it was, category, etc.

    1. This absolutely would be a valuable feature, both for flexible intake and all sorts of data collection purposes (waitlists, card on file, medical info, etc.). I am in the early stages of designing this as we speak, but it is behind priority of a couple of other features. Expect to see this in the next couple of months!

    2. Could you expand on this one a bit? I’m unsure what “options” are in this context.

    3. I envision this fitting in the workflow of the intake forms discussed in point 1, and this kind of flexible configuration would definitely be supported!

    4. This is definitely interesting! I’ll keep brainstorming this one a bit more 🤔

      Thank you! Totally understand 1 being a layer project.

      1. With signing forms in the past, I have had clients choose either option A or B in the veterinary release. Option A being all treatments be limited to comfort and pain management and option B being continued indefinitely. This could be apart of filling out pet information when we are able to edit the information asked for.
