@colleen I looked into this a bit and noticed an issue if you try to create a new tag along with uploading the document. However, if you assign an existing tag (created with the Document Tag ui), then it uploads correctly.
I’ll fix this bug here, but in the meantime, try uploading the document without creating a new tag, and let me know if the upload is still unsuccessful.
