Vaccinations

So if a client creates one dog, and they fill out the new form, and they have to upload the vaccinations, and then the vaccinations for that pet are uploaded and up-to-date and then they create a second pet, but there is no way for them to upload vaccinations for that second pet. It doesn’t seem like it or am I missing something?
