Hi!

I’m moving to scritches from Rover and just realized there is no messaging/chat part of the “app”. 

Can this get added please??? This is how we schedule all of our meet and greets and text our clients. I really don’t want to do that through email if possible.

    This! I’m going to be having sitters work with me soon and don’t want them having to give out their personal numbers. I also want one hub for everything so we don’t have to set up something like google voice. Please make this happen!! 🙏

    I set up a gmail with my business name and they also can text me. But yes a chat might be helpful for some I suppose….I just hate how Rover’s inbox is set up as the epicenter of your business when it shouldn’t be.

    I use WhatsApp business! That way I can set up my pet sitting business, add a profile pic and also connect my insta / Facebook pages, works a treat!

    For what it’s worth, I text my clients directly.
