My availability isn't showing up correctly correctly

Can you add a way that I can manually reorder my service times... My service times aren't showing up in the correct places and it's showing up in a confusing way.. my service times showing similar to 3:30 to 4:00 I'm not showing up in the correct places neither are my one hour ones.... I need to be able to fix this manually because they keep showing in the wrong places.
